The apartment on the ground floor offers 114 m² of living space and includes three bedrooms, each with either two or three single beds and a wardrobe. It features a 10 m² comfort bathroom with a toilet, shower, separate bath, heated towel rail, two washbasins, and a hairdryer, as well as a separate second WC with a washbasin. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer, a kitchen with a fridge-freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, small electrical appliances, crockery, and cooking utensils, and a large communal room for dining, living, and relaxing. The living area includes a sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed if needed) and a 55″ TV.

Each bedroom has its own fridge and TV.  

All apartments are pet-free, smoke-free, and have very high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. Each apartment has one private parking space available free of charge in front of the building. Additional free public parking is available along the street.

The basement apartment offers 59 m² of living space and includes two bedrooms, each with two single beds (a fifth bed can be provided if needed) and a wardrobe. It features a bathroom with a toilet, shower, washbasin, and hairdryer, as well as a kitchen with a fridge-freezer, 4-ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, small electrical appliances, crockery, and cooking utensils. One of the bedrooms also includes a small living area with a desk for use as a workspace, a sofa (which can be used as a sofa bed if needed), and a TV.

Each bedroom has its own fridge and TV.  

A Miele washing machine and a washer-dryer are available for private use in the laundry room next to the apartment. 

All apartments are pet-free, smoke-free, and equipped with very high-speed internet/Wi-Fi. Each apartment has one private parking space available free of charge in front of the building. Additional free public parking is available along the street.

The micro-apartment on the third floor offers 30 m² of living space. It includes two single beds, storage options for clothes, a living area with a sofa, and a small, well-equipped kitchen and dining area (fridge, hot plates, oven and microwave, small electrical appliances, sink – no dishwasher, crockery, and cutlery). The large TV is viewable from both the sofa and the beds. The bathroom features a toilet, shower, washbasin, hairdryer, and washing machine.
